1. Nature of the site and request
This site presents information about PJ Transporte RD. Submitting the form or sending a WhatsApp message constitutes a request for a quotation. It does not create an automatic booking or guarantee availability.
2. Availability and confirmation
All services depend on availability. A quotation does not constitute automatic confirmation. The service remains subject to the client’s acceptance of the quotation and PJ Transporte RD’s express confirmation of availability and applicable conditions. A booking is considered confirmed when the client accepts the quotation and PJ Transporte RD expressly confirms availability and the service conditions.
3. Quotation
Depending on the requested service, the quotation may reflect the route, date, time, vehicle category, passenger count, luggage, agreed additional requests, payment method, and specific conditions accepted by the parties.
4. Client information
The client must provide reasonably accurate information about pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, contact details, and requests needed to prepare the quotation. Material changes may require an updated quotation.
5. Payment methods and conditions
Payment methods and conditions are agreed for each service and stated in the corresponding quotation. Depending on the applicable arrangement, payment may be made through domestic or international bank transfers in Dominican pesos or U.S. dollars, PayPal or credit card with applicable taxes or charges, and cash in Dominican pesos, U.S. dollars, or euros. The site does not process payments or store card information.
6. Additional requests and services
Additional requests, services, or conditions are coordinated directly with the client and, when applicable, are reflected in the quotation or service agreement.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Dominican Republic.
